You can't convert BIN to MP4 because MP4 is a video file format. I understand cue is to tag and break up a bin files into the right components/sections on a CD. Yeah, about the only conversion you could do to ISO is to, as LUK said, mount the BIN/MDS in a virtual drive application and use ImgBurn to read the virtual drive to ISO format.

Open the cue file in NotePad and copy and paste its contents with your next reply, shenjah3000. My guess is that your cue file needs to be edited. mds are iso files and are made with the program Alcohol 120. I had a few technical questions about these two descriptor files. You've set up pSX with the BIOS, and when you chose Insert CD Image, you then loaded the cue, and nothing happened.
